The upstairs features three traditional bedrooms, while the downstairs includes a bedroom with a king-sized bed and a Murphy bed in the living room, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the ease of four parking spaces (three paved and one overflow), two laundry rooms, fast Wi-Fi, and TVs throughout. After a day at the beach—just a short walk or golf cart ride away—return to your private oasis and make the most of the thoughtfully appointed amenities that make Swords Beach House so special.

Designed for both relaxation and fun, the pool features a tanning shelf with an in-water umbrella holder, perfect for lounging in the sun. The pool also features in water siting areas for those who just want to relax. The spacious poolside patio and yard offer multiple seating areas, a gas grill, a dining space, and an oversized outdoor shower with hot water—ideal for rinsing off or even changing after a day at the beach. My grandchildren love to shower under the stars.

When’s the last time you showered under the stars? I can’t get my kids to shower in the house. They enjoy the beauty of the great outdoors.
